HomeSecurity (IoT Device + Web Application)
HomeSecurity is a project that involves developing a small IoT device based on the ESP8266 board, which has been modified to use the Lua language. The device is designed to provide home security by monitoring and detecting motion and sound within a specified area.
The device is accompanied by a web application built using jQuery Mobile, PHP, javascript and MySQL, which provides a user interface to monitor and control the device. The application allows users to view live feeds of the device’s sensors, set alarm triggers, receive alerts, and view past logs of detected events.
